Heidi Moawad MD

I am Heidi Moawad MD, author of Careers Beyond Clinical Medicine. I am a neurologist and I teach at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. I have worked in many facets of medicine throughout my career, including clinical practice, healthcare utilization, medical writing, payer consulting, undergraduate and medical education, and healthcare grant evaluation.

I wrote Careers Beyond Clinical Medicine and created nonclinicaldoctors.com to help doctors who are looking for instructions and information about the wide range of healthcare jobs, entrepreneurial paths, and non-clinical work.
